Union House
Tunbridge Wells
The Union House development comprises the demolition of the 1960s office block at the western end of the Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells and the creation of 127 new apartments and mews houses as part of a landmark mixed-use regeneration scheme.
Formed of three primary residential cores, the project also includes new restaurants, cafes and office space alongside a new public square with an iconic water feature and two levels of car parking.
Build Status:
- Block 1 – Construction of Level 2
- Block 2 – Construction of Level 3
- Block 3 – Complete to roof level 5
