McRail RMC Constructions were appointed by Fit Out UK Ltd to deliver the enabling and external works as part of the industrial and warehouse extension project at Rotherham. The scope included all groundworks, bulk excavation and muck shifting operations to prepare the site for new construction and building alterations.

McRail RMC Constructions also carried out drainage installation, foundations, service trenches, hard standings and associated infrastructure works.

In addition, the team completed all external works, including yard slabs, kerbing, surfacing and finishing works to support the new industrial, storage and distribution facility.
