McRail RMC Constructions was appointed to undertake groundworks and reinforced concrete elements of work at Headley Court Epsom, on behalf of Bennett Construction.

Headley Court is an Audley luxury retirement village near Leatherhead which includes 112 apartments, the Audley Club health and wellbeing suite, and a restaurant.

The new retirement village will safeguard the future of the Grade II listed historic mansion house and restore the extensive landscaped grounds, which will be made available for the local community to enjoy for the first time in its history.
