TSL was appointed as the main contractor for Lidl’s Temperature Controlled Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) at Belvedere, London, delivering the base build and coordinating all aspects of construction, utilities, planning and fit-out for the 400,000 sq ft logistics facility. McRail RMC Constructions carried out the groundworks and reinforced concrete works, forming the building’s sub-structure to support the warehouse and associated infrastructure.

The development expands Lidl’s distribution capacity in the South East, providing chilled, frozen and ambient storage to serve approximately 120 stores as part of a major investment in the UK logistics network.
