Appointed by TSL, RMC McRail RMC Constructions’ scope comprised groundworks and reinforced concrete elements for the Lidl Distribution Centre in Leeds. The works formed part of a major logistics development, providing a robust base for the new distribution facility.

McRail RMC Constructions’ scope included earthworks, piling attendance, and the provision of internal and external services infrastructure, together with the construction of reinforced concrete foundations and structural elements required for the building platform and associated facilities. The works also comprised selected external works, including kerb installation, dock leveller slabs, and other ancillary external elements. Delivered in close coordination with the principal contractor, the works were undertaken in accordance with programme, quality, and safety requirements, ensuring a reliable and compliant foundation for subsequent construction activities.
