Swanley Distribution Park is a contemporary logistics development comprising multiple high- specification warehouse units designed to support regional distribution operations, strategically located near key motorway links serving London and the South East.

Appointed by MCS, McRail RMC Constructions's scope comprised bulk earthworks, site preparation, drainage infrastructure, service ducting, foundations, and associated reinforced concrete works supporting the warehouse structures and yard areas. In addition, McRail completed external works including hardstandings, kerbing and pavements across the development. The works were delivered in coordination with the wider project team to meet programme, quality, and safety requirements, contributing to the successful delivery of this modern distribution scheme.
